Clothing and shoes are final sale & are nonrefundable and non returnable.

 

Crystal Items Return:

  • We offer store credit within 14 days from postal service date of delivery for store credit.
    • Items must be wrapped and protected in return shipping. 
    • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • To initiate a return please email info@beyondthemood.com with the following:

      - Your First and Last Name

                   - Order #

                   - Item you are returning & reason for return.

 

  • We DO NOT offer exchanges
  • We DO NOT offer refunds once items are shipped.
  • If you request to cancel your order before it ships (please email info@beyondthemood.com) we CANNOT guarantee any cancelation. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 

 

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact USPS or UPS for further assistance.

 

“Sale” Items are final sales and are NOT returnable.   

Giveaway, mystery box items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
